Step 1 - The Site Inspection - Once you have a good idea which sized house will suit your needs, you can then consider searching a block of land. You can make an appointment with our Builder who can help you find the right land which will meet your expectations.
Step 2 - The Design Stage - It’s an exciting and important step of building your dream home. To achieve this goal we can arrange a meeting with our Design Team and our in house Builder. Wondering through display homes is often the best way to get a feel for which type of layout you prefer, and what sized home would suit your needs.
Step 3 - The Tender Reveal - After you have approved and are happy with the design, we draft up a Tender in which states all the inclusions and specifications, cost etc.
Step 4 - The Building Agreement - Its a signed legal document that spells out the rights and responsibilities as agreed between the builder and the client.
Step 5 - Council Approval - To ensure your building project runs smoothly, check with your local council or registered private certifier for the approvals your building work needs.
Step 6 - Design Selection - This comes to personal taste and selections of your Dream Home coming to reality.
Step 7 - The Construction Stage - This is the most important and Exciting stage of Building your home. Seven Buildings will be by your side to reach your goals and desires.
Step 8 - The Keys to your New Home - The big key handover is always exciting. The key will be handed to you by your building supervisor and you’ll be able to enjoy the dream you created.
